They cover browsing this website and submitting a partner application through it. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.
What this site is
An informational site describing a white-label managed firewall service sold to managed service providers. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it forms a contract on its own.
The commercial relationship
We are channel-only. We contract with MSPs, not with their end customers, and we hold no relationship with your customers. The service itself is governed by a master services agreement and a non-disclosure agreement signed between us. Where anything on this site differs from that signed agreement, the signed agreement governs.
Pricing shown here
Rates shown on this site are indicative starting rates and are not a quotation. Your actual rate depends on the scope you hand over, the coverage hours you need, your fleet size and the complexity of the environments, and is fixed in the signed agreement.
Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it, submit false or misleading information through the application form, or harvest content from the site by automated means beyond what our robots file allows.
If you believe you have found a security issue, we would rather hear about it than not. Email us and give us reasonable time to fix it before disclosing it publicly.
Intellectual property
The content, layout and branding of this site belong to us or to our licensors. Vendor names and logos shown on the site are the property of their respective owners and appear only to indicate the platforms we support. Their appearance does not imply any endorsement, partnership or certification unless we state one explicitly.
Availability and accuracy
We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or current. Service descriptions, timings and figures shown here are illustrative of how we usually work, not commitments. Contractual commitments live in the signed agreement.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the version in force. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
